It seems that some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry have begun visiting casinos around the country. These stars include Jennifer Lopez, Tobey Maguire, Matt Damon, Charlie Sheen, and Ben Affleck. So, what does this mean for the average person?
Ben Affleck
It’s no secret that Ben Affleck has a history of gambling. He was known to move money with the count. Whether he does this legally or not, his gambling activities have been the subject of some controversy.
Ben Affleck has been spotted visiting casinos in recent weeks. Most recently he was seen playing a card game at Wynn Resort and Casino. While he wasn’t winning, he wasn’t losing either.
The casino staff stood guard to keep away the crowd. In the end, he walked away with a few bucks.
Earlier this year, he and Jennifer Garner were in the French Riviera. They spent part of their vacation on a $130 million yacht.
Matt Damon
If you’ve ever watched Matt Damon on television or in movies, you’ve probably noticed him spending time in casinos. He enjoys gambling and is known for competing in high stakes poker tournaments. While he’s not a poker pro, he’s played in many prestigious casinos throughout the world.
He’s also had a taste for blackjack. While filming a role in Rounders, Damon developed an interest in the game. His interest in gambling has continued to this day.
One of his biggest hits is “Good Will Hunting,” which was inspired by his own experience with gambling. It brought Damon his first Best Actor nomination. This film also landed him the Oscar for Best Original Screenplay.
Brad Pitt
It’s no secret that Brad Pitt has a gambling hobby. He is a fan of blackjack, poker and the slot machine. So much so that he even bought a casino in Las Vegas. However, it was in his latest film, Ocean’s 11, that he really found his gambling groove.
In the recent past, Pitt and his wife Angelina Jolie leased a French chateau and a home in New Orleans. They then purchased the chateau Miraval, a traditional brick building in the Mediterranean island of Gozo, in 2011. After a few years, the couple split up and sold the property. This was followed by a wedding at the Miraval chapel in 2014.
The real question is, how did he do it? Brad Pitt has been known to own properties in multiple cities around the world, including London, New Orleans and his native Missouri. As far as casinos go, he prefers slots to table games.
Jennifer Lopez
Jennifer Lopez has recently been spotted in the vicinity of the casinos at the Monte Carlo resort. Not only was she spotted at the casino, but she was also spotted playing poker and blackjack.
While it’s unlikely that J.Lo is going to become a casino addict anytime soon, she does like to gamble. In fact, she was spotted gambling at the Monte Carlo resort in June. The best part is, she’s not the only one. Her ex-fiance, Alex Rodriguez, has been in town as well.
She was also spotted at the MR CHOW at Caesars Palace, along with rapper Drake and model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. Earlier this week, she celebrated her debut at the venue with a party, attended by T.I., Justin Bieber, and others.
Tobey Maguire
Tobey Maguire is a well-known actor. He is known for his role in the Spider-Man movies. However, some believe that he is also a renowned gambler.
A poker player, Tobey Maguire has played in several poker tournaments throughout the United States. In addition to these games, he has been involved in a number of high-stakes games. These high-stakes poker games feature some of the world’s wealthiest figures.

Despite having five kids and a wife, actor Charlie Sheen still finds time to visit the casino. The former Two and a Half Men star has reportedly racked up millions of dollars in losses at the gambling tables, which is not all that surprising since he has a reputation for being a compulsive bettor.
During his youth, Sheen was addicted to gambling. He would spend hundreds of thousands of dollars betting on sports events at casinos. Eventually, he stopped, but hasn’t completely given up the habit.
Aside from his gambling habits, Sheen is also known for engaging in numerous one-night stands. In fact, his first sex occurred when he was only 15 years old.
